ONLINE-WORKSHOPS​
1. Right of withdrawal for online workshops
Please note:
There is no right of withdrawal for participation in online workshops, as these are live events held on a fixed date.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services in the field of leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services.
As our workshops take place live and at a fixed time, cancellation after booking is not possible. Cancellation or rebooking is only possible by individual agreement and outside the statutory cancellation regulations.
2. Right of withdrawal for additional materials (physical products)
If you have ordered additional physical materials (e.g. art supplies for a workshop, etc.) as part of your booking, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to these, provided that the following conditions are met:
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Sealed products if the seal has been removed after delivery,
Consumables that have been opened or used,
Individually assembled or personalized sets.

In the event of revocation, the delivered goods must be returned to us at your own expense and in perfect condition. Further information can be found below in the revocation policy.
Important note:
The revocation applies exclusively to the ordered physical additional material.
The booking of the workshop itself remains unaffected and is non-cancellable and non-refundable in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), as it is a time-bound live event.
3. Cancellation policy for additional materials
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract for the delivery of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via our contact form).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer
If we need to cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or technical issues), we will offer you either participation in a rescheduled session or a full refund of the workshop fee.

5. Technical Requirements
Participation in the online workshop requires a stable internet connection and suitable hardware and software (e.g. computer/tablet, camera, speakers/microphone, current version of Zoom).
Participants are responsible for ensuring that these technical requirements are met. Technical failures on the participant’s side (e.g. poor internet connection) do not entitle to a refund of the workshop fee.

WORKSHOPS IN THE STUDIO
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: I reserve the right to cancel the course if the number of participants is too low or if I have to cancel the course for unforeseeable reasons (e.g., illness, etc.). In this case, the participation fee will be refunded in full. No further claims against me can be made.
LIABILITY: I am not liable for accidents or other damage during the courses or on the way to them.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT: If you are unable to attend a course after making a binding registration and cannot find a replacement participant, the course must be canceled in writing. From 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged; from 7 days before the start of the course, I will charge the full course fee, as I incur costs in advance.
